With generations of farming and butchery expertise behind us, provenance remains at the heart of everything we do. From our farm in the Usk Valley, we source beef from our own Welsh cattle and lamb from our own flocks, alongside trusted Welsh suppliers we’ve worked with for decades.

It’s a philosophy we still stand by today – offering expertly prepared meat, knowledgeable advice and quality produce at competitive prices every day.
Our dry-aged beef is carefully matured to intensify flavour and tenderness, creating rich, beautifully textured cuts that are full of depth and character.
Using carefully selected prime cuts of Welsh beef from our own farm, each cut is matured on the bone in our specialist dry-age fridges for anywhere between 14 and 50 days. During this process, Himalayan salt walls help draw moisture from the meat, naturally intensifying flavour and improving tenderness.
The result is beautifully rich beef with incredible depth of flavour, delicate marbling and a texture that simply melts in the mouth.
Dry ageing is a slower process, but one we believe is worth every moment – creating beef that’s full of character and recognised by food lovers for its exceptional quality.
