We couldn’t have asked for better wedding food! The hog roast was absolutely incredible. The pork was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour, with crispy crackling that our guests couldn’t stop talking about. The turkey was a big hit too. The sides and rolls were fresh and delicious, and there was plenty of food for everyone.
The team was professional, friendly, and made everything run so smoothly on the day. They were punctual, well-organised, and provided excellent service throughout. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the food was, and several people said it was the best hog roast they’d ever had.
We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fantastic catering for a wedding or special event. Thank you for helping make our day so memorable!

What exceptional, 10/10 service from Douglas Willis. They catered our entire wedding, from canapés, a BBQ and an evening buffet.
The team went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and guests didn’t stop raving about it.
Planning it with the incredible support and guidance from Lisa made it a breeze, and she worked so hard to ensure that guests with allergies, intolerances and vegan/vegetarian diets were catered for and also had an unforgettable experience.
