From our farm in the beautiful Usk Valley we source beef from our own herds of Welsh cattle and lamb from our own flocks of Welsh lambs.
We also procure Welsh beef, lamb and pork from other trusted Welsh suppliers we have worked with for decades. The finest poultry and game is sourced from handpicked producers to ensure the principles of care and quality is maintained throughout.
